Facts - We are a owner occupied, luxury, gated community with 101 condos. All homes were built by Toll Brothers from 2006 to 2008. The amenity center features a resort-style pool and cabana. The homes range in size from 1580 sq. ft. to almost 2700 sq. ft of living area. All homes have 2-car garages. Villas at Coppell enjoys condominium-style ownership with award-winning Coppell schools, but with a Lewisville address. We reside in Dallas County.
